We faced challenges with complex cloud offerings and configurable parameters that confused users, no instant pricing that forced them to contact sales, and high cognitive load from processing multiple cost variables. This led to inefficient lead generation, poor self-service, and a fragmented, inconsistent user experience.

I simplified this complex tool into a clear, user-friendly experience. I collaborated with product, engineering, and teams to understand user needs and translated them into intuitive flows, wireframes, and prototypes. My focus was on clarity, usability, and balancing technical complexity with simplicity to improve engagement.
